Pete the Cat Introduction Poem PDF

Pete the Cat Poem was written to introduce my students to Pete the Cat before reading the books in the series. It tells about how Pete the character came to be. This is a very basic and simple presentation which is read aloud to and/or with the students and discussed to discover who Pete the Cat is and how he became a character in the story.

There isn't any "flares" such as music or noise or animation to keep the focus on learning and the class discussion.

There is also a corresponding cut-and-paste sequence chart, an answer key, and the typed poem included. It is set to not be seen in the presentation, but can be printed out for student use.
